How do I place an order on your website?
Simply click on the selections on the main page (titled Chocolate Selection) to get to the product you want. If applicable, each product will show various options to choose from. Once you have the right option selected, click on ‘Add to Bag’ button and the product will be added to your Shopping Bag. To add more, simply change the options, if necessary, and click on ‘Add More’ button. Once you’re done shopping, click on the checkout button to begin the checkout process.
I am not computer-savvy. Can I place an order over telephone?
Sure! Just call our toll-free number 1.888.763.4826 or 724.659.3146 if you’re in the local area. Outside opening hours, you may leave a voice message and we will get back to you shortly.
Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
Of course we do! Only there is a minimum order amount of $50 so we can cover the extra expense of Warm Weather Packaging. Depending upon the size of the box used, our cost on Warm Weather Packaging would vary between $8 to $15 which we absorb in exchange for the $50 minimum order. The good thing is you get to order our chocolate all year round. Plus, you can re-use the Warm Weather Packaging numerous times before discarding it. It’s really a win-win!
Explain Warm Weather Packaging.
Warm Weather Packaging involves a thick-walled foam box with gel freezer packs inserted with your order to keep it from melting during transit. This arrangement can hold the temperatures below 70 degrees within the box for 3-5 days which is plenty to ship chocolate nationwide with the shipping methods we use.
Can I buy your chocolate elsewhere?
Sure you can! Please click here for a list of establishments that carry Divani Chocolate.
Yes we do, currently at our main store location in Foxburg only. We actually encourage sampling. Even though it’s pretty close to being true that “Everything is good in chocolate”, we still want you to make sure that our combinations are perfectly aligned with your tastebuds. That way you know exactly what you’re buying.
